In-person attendance is required. Graduate and advanced undergraduate students highly motivated to learn QC and optimization techniques are encouraged to apply. The Quantum Economic Development Consortium (QED-C) is a consortium of stakeholders that aims to enable and grow the U.S. quantum industry.
